Square Enix just held a Dragon Quest Heroes livestream from Jump Festa in Tokyo, and showcased quite a lot of gameplay of the PS4 version of the game.

In the first video below, courtesy of YouTube user PlayStation News, you can find the new gameplay, while in the second video (courtesy of FlamemetalionGaming) there's a lovely cutscene featuring the protagonists Acht and Mehr and the slime Homiron.

The quality isn't great, since it's the recording of a Nico Nico livestream, and those are notoriously quite bad, but the footage is still spectacular.

In addition to the videos it was also announced that Dragon Quest IV's main antagonist Psaro the Manslayer (Pizarro in Japanese) will make a comeback in Dragon Quest Heroes as a playable character, voiced by Daisuke Ono, who previously lent his voice to Final Fantasy XIII's Snow.

The box art for both the PS4 and PS3 versions of the game was also shown.
