Disney's animated films have been known as timeless classics, and along with them were several classic platforming games from the 16-bit era that can now be enjoyed from your PC, preserved in their original format to enjoy the nostalgia untouched.

Online retailer GOG has announced that three classic 16-bit Disney titles from the 1990s -- AladdinThe Jungle Book, and The Lion King -- are now available exclusively from the retailer for purchase, with each title available individually for $9.99 (currently discounted to $8.99 for the launch), or $19.99 to get all three in a bundle.

Each of the titles have been "meticulously updated to be compatible with modern operating systems while preserving the original graphics, sound, and gameplay," with the game's retaining their original 4:3 aspect ratio and using artwork from the games to fill in the remainder of the 16:9 proportions.

In the case of Aladdin, the version on GOG is based on the Genesis version of the game, which retains all of the features that were altered or removed for the SNES version (such as Aladdin's scimitar and improved animations).

AladdinThe Jungle Book, and The Lion King are all available to purchase now on PC through GOG - you can also check out a trailer below for the return of these timeless classics:
