DualShockers MW2 Prestige Edition Giveaway

For one week only!

It’s about that time again that we get back to our giveaway antics. For those of you who don’t know, we here at DualShockers are all about giving back to our readers. When Halo 3:ODST was released we gave away a copy to one lucky reader. For the MAG Beta, we were fortunate enough to give out over 130 beta codes. For our next act, we will be giving away a Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition Bundle! A value of $150!  Want to know how you can get your hands on this, it’s quite simple really.

All you have to do is leave a comment as to what it is that you’re going to do with the night vision goggles once you get them. Be as descriptive (and entertaining) as possible. Whoever writes the best comment wins! It’s really that simple! Also, you might want to follow @dualshockers, @taz8080, @JTaveras, and @yarisgutierrez, as there might be some Modern Warfare 2: Hardened Edition giveaways on twitter as well (hint, hint)!

Here are the rules and regulations for the contest:

  • Make sure to write your email clearly when responding, that way if you’re chosen as the winner we can get back to you!
  • Please, no more than 2 entries per hour per person (but you can enter all throughout the day) if you spam the comments section you will be disqualified.
  • This contest is open to Continental US-Residents only (not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
  • We’ve come to find out that there are sites out there running fake giveaways (you know who you are), so we will now require that whoever wins takes a picture of him or herself wearing their brand new goggles, so we can post the picture up on the site!

    I work out of town. I never tell my wife or kids what day or time that i will be home. I spend alot of time in the dark when I get home just to scare the pants off them. witch usualy results in some form of tears lol. it would be nice to see them in the dark. oh the possibilties are endles unscrew a few light bulbs hide in the basement make a little noise. it would be great the only thing that could make it beter is a nightvision camera.

    ok well this is another chance for me to win this prize. once again the first thing i will do is to take a picture and send it to DualShockers so people see that this giveaway is real and not fake like others. the second thing i will do is use the goggles to prank people in the dark. basically ma cousin lives out in the Fresno and it gets really really dark. With the goggles i will be able to set traps all around the house without requiring a lightsource (because it will catch ppls attention). Another thing is that i will be able to study at night if the electricity was to go away. this way in a weird way a videogame (MW2) would help me accomplish my goal of receiving a degree in Game Art & Design (by allowing me to studdy at night thank’s to the goggles)

    Use them to make a prank night espionage in the dark on a buch of my friends when theyre sleepin.and/or go scare a whole bunch of people in teh dark.

    What i am going to do with the NVG’s pretty much everything at night there so practical…
    What if the power goes out NVG’s
    Porking a chick and its dark NVG’s
    Someone breaking into ur house at night NVG’s
    ect ect i just wont do one thing they will be used over and over

    i want the goggles for lots of thing and i will name them 1 to seek up on people 2 because there are awesome 3 i am a big fan of cod 4 nvg are the best thing 5 the game is good and the goggles will be good 6 i want to win the goggle so bad 7 the thing is the game will be so good with them 8 i can pick on my little brother and scare him so bad

    These ideas are very lame and short sighted. I would have used the NVG’s to save the planet and curb global warming… How you ask?
    By using the NVG’s every night as opposed to lights from electricity. This would save me money in terms of an electric bill and also decrease consumption of electricity which is primarily created by burning fossil fuels such as coal. So, I would be doing my part to save the planet by decreasing my own personal consumption of electricity. You’re welcome Mr. Gore. Now where’s my prize? I don’t care if it’s over, I still won the election, Heavy7666 just stole it from me! I demand a recount!

    Oh… and I can also scare people with it. :)
