One of the long-running franchises on Sony consoles has been Dance Dance Revolution. Of course, Konami moved the series to every other consoles eventually, like the Wii and Xbox 360. The franchise has yet to grace Sony’s latest black monster, the PS3. That is all about to change, according to Konami’s Facebook page. Here’s what was said, in part:
“Yes, DanceDanceRevolution fans, it’s true—we’re bringing DDR to the PS3! And we’re bringing YOU to the launch party. Thursday evening, August 12, in LA. Join us in person, on Twitter, or on Facebook for exclusive, interactive, fan-friendly, multiplayer Music & Motion fun. Stay tuned for more exciting details.”
If you’re a fan of DDR and have been just aching to see it come to the PS3, you may want to hit up their Facebook page to keep updated on the latest and greatest, including the launch party they mentioned. What more could you ask for?
