Famed game creator Hideo Kojima has explicitly disclosed that he wants to create a new game, and would like it to be shown at next year’s Tokyo Game Show. Perhaps the after affect of not being the undisputed star of this year’s TGS (which he’s certainly been some past shows) prompted such emotions.
Kojima said at the recent gaming event:
“I think it would be nice if next year I can do not just editing, but introduce my own new game (game design, script and direction).”
At the same event he said:
“It’s 5! Shall we make 5! With this, I won’t have to quit Konami. I’ll be there for 3 more years.”
Should we expect a new Kojima game at TGS next year? We called it first!
