
Take-Two has reported that they made a net profit of $42.5 for the last four quarters. This is a pretty huge improvement over last year’s net loss of $140 million. Red Dead Redemption obviously helped that number out quite a bit, but Take-Two wants to make sure everyone who was responsible for this gets the recognition they deserve.
Mafia II, NBA 2k11, MBL 2k11, Civilization V, GTA 4: Complete, and New Carnival Games are touted as some of the strongest contributors to that number. This news isn’t very surprising, as while how much you like some of those games they’re all pretty solid games and I heard good buzz from fans of each genre regarding them. Red Dead Redemption was kind of popular too I think. I mean I GUESS it’s my favorite Rock Star game (for now…)
