Rovio has signed a deal with Twentieth Century Fox that will allow the latter to use the insanely popular Angry Birds IP, which they’ve already taken advantage of. Based off an unrelated movie that will be releasing this year, we now have Angry Birds Rio which will be releasing in March.
“Like the incredibly-popular original edition, Angry Birds Rio will feature hours of gameplay, physics-based demolition challenges and loads of replay value – all with unique twists based on the highly-anticipated film.”
Am I the only one that remembers that this game has been released 1,000 times before under different names on various flash gaming sites? I don’t get it.
