Insomniac Games came out with the news today that award-winning composer Michael Bross, who you may be familiar as he composed the soundtracks to many of the Oddworld games, will be handling the soundtrack duties for Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One with over four hours of original music.
“The deeper we get into the development of Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, the more evident it becomes that Michael was the perfect choice as the composer for our project,” says Insomniac audio lead Jamie McMenamy. ”His music is epic and innovative, providing the cutting edge sound and cinematic quality we desired for the game. We are truly excited to have him on board.”
“I’m incredibly excited to be working with the Insomniac team on such a fantastic franchise,” comments Bross. “It’s truly an honor to work on the project.”
Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One will be the first within the series to allow up to three friends to play together at once as they play as Ratchet, Clank, Qwark and Dr. Nefarious. Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One is set to release on the PlayStation 3 in the Fall of 2011.
