Blizzard Likes Fire, World of Warcraft Patch 4.2 Will Have Lots of It

Blizzard Entertainment just patched their massive MMO World of Warcraft up to version 4.1 yesterday, releasing the Rise of the Zandalari content into the wild. Barely letting the dust settle from that, they have released a couple new official videos of what we can look forward to in the next patch, 4.2. This patch will include a the Firelands raid in Mount Hyjal, as well as a swath of new daily quests to complete that will help bring Hyjal back to its former glory, even more than you already do through the course of the zone’s story presently.

Given the last huge content patch was yesterday, it will likely be several months before we see patch 4.2 on live servers, but we knew these things have been coming for a while and it’s nice to finally see some substance to them. Hit the break to check out the trailers, which both feature more fire than one person could ever want to see in an MMO trailer.
