Deus Ex: Human Revolution’s Boss Fights Feel Out of Place For a Reason

by Sep 19th 2011 1:30PM 0 Comments

If you read any review (ours for example) for Deus Ex: Human Revolution or even played it yourself one universal truth is very evident: the boss fights just feel … wrong. No matter how hard of a time you had with them or even if you actually enjoyed them I think everyone pretty much agrees that they feel like part of an entirely different game, shoe-horned into Deus Ex: HR. That’s because basically that’s exactly what happened. The boss fights were actually designed by a different team that somehow was not told that they’re not making a straight up first person shooter.

Check out a behind the scenes video that’s apparently been floating around for awhile after the break. It’s interesting, to say the least.
