Daxter and More Coming to PlayStation Certified Devices

Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror, Pinball Heroes and Daxter have all recently been rated for Sony’s PlayStation Certified Devices program, which in all likelihood means you’ll soon be able to play these games on its Android-operated tablets. Sony’s own Tablet S comes pre-loaded with Crash Bandicoot and recently received a firmware update that made it compatible with the DualShock 3 controller and the PlayStation Network.

The Tablet S already supports the service’s PSOne Classics program, so a PSP iteration of the same thing isn’t far-fetched. Fl0W, a title originally for the PS3 that was ported to the PSP has also been rated, but the version isn’t specified (my money’s on PSP.) We don’t yet have any details regarding when this program takes effect but we’ll keep you posted.
