I’m Playing 45 Minutes of Mass Effect 3 Tomorrow, What Should I Ask BioWare?

That’s right folks, by this time tomorrow I would have already sunk my teeth into almost an hour of one of 2012′s most anticipated titles. The sequel to what many consider this generation’s “perfect game” will be landing on store shelves in less than 30 days on March 6th. With the game’s launch just around the corner this could quite possibly be among the last time media has a chance to preview it before  it’s time for a review.

With that out of the way, if there’s something you want to know or something you’ve been meaning to ask the folks at BioWare about Commander Shepard and company’s last hurrah, speak now in the comments section section or forever hold your peace (forever being like 4 weeks).

    I have a few fun/weird questions

    1. Will the Female Shepard be mo-capped by a woman (like how Hawke was in Dragon Age 2) or will the animations for both versions be done by a man like in the last two games?

    2. Will the story based DLC be set before, during or after the events of Mass effect 3?

    3. Will the side missions (and DLC) be completely independent of the main story (like in Mass effect 1 & 2) or will they all tie into the larger narrative of ME3?

    4. This is a bit complex so bear with me.  Multiplayer is supposed to be tied in with your single player game save.  But what if you have multiple game saves with different Shepards on them? Will you need to create a new MP profile that ties in with each Shepard that you create or will one MP profile work with ALL of your Shepards?

    And the most important question of them all…

    5. Why is Bioware so awesome?

    ” Are you gonna work from High resolution bases for all of the art assets, including textures, models, and if so. Will you give the PC version better texturing and whatnot based on said assets instead of the low resolution based Console versions?”

    Will there be any kind of DLC pass where I can buy all the DLC upfront for a percentage off? I know I would.

    Are there female turians? The absence of them in the last two games didn’t make any sense.

    will the player’s ability to influence characters through dialogue (charm/intimidate) be restricted to their morality like in ME2, or can they put points into speech skills themselves like in RPGs like Fallout: New Vegas?

    If it is like ME2, then could they patch in the option for players who want the ME1 system?
