Have you been keeping an eye on One Piece Kaizoku Musou? I haven’t, but after seeing this newly released trailer I definitely regret that. The art style of the anime has been captured wonderfully and the environments look great. It definitely looks a lot better than any of Koei’s other ‘Musou’ games. The trailer is a whole four and a half minutes long, and it shows off plenty of combat, adventuring, characters and general awesomeness.

I expected something really special after hearing about Namco-Bandai and Tecmo Koei partnering up and was greatly disappointed to learn it was a One Piece game. After seeing this trailer, my interest has definitely been piqued. One Piece Kaizoku Musou currently has no North American release date but will go on sale in Japan on March 1st.
