Visceral Games started work on the The Ripper after Dead Space went gold in October 2008. The Ripper will supposedly star London-based serial killer from the 1880s, only with a twist; in this particular strain of the story, Jack is a vampire hunter. At least that explains the heinous string of murders…

While the project was never formally announced, multiple rumors have pinned the game to HD consoles and point out trademarks for the title filed by Electronic Arts.
