XSEED Games announced today that the company will be publishing the JRPG dungeon crawler, Unchained Blades.  The game will be released on PSP and the 3DS later this year.  It also has the same director of the Lunar games with a story by a writer from the Grandia series.

The plot is about an arrogant dragon emperor whose smart mouth gets him in trouble with the goddess, Clunea. She strips him off his powers and body, turning him into a pretty young man with a really awesome looking haircut. Gathering some friends, he tries to make his way back up to her and not just because she sits around half-naked.
