Last week we got a peek at the insanely awesome new employee handbook at Valve and it gave us a little insight to what it must be like to work for one of the biggest names in gaming. Long story short it sounds as awesome as we all hoped. Following up on that Gabe Newell has spoken to Bloomberg Businessweek discussing more about the innerworkings of the company, particularly why they have over 300 employees yet nobody is considered a boss or manager of any kind.

As it goes with just about anything involving Valve the interview is very interesting and insightful, and is definitely worth a read for anybody interested in the company, the man, or how they function as a business.
