The PS3 exclusive Japanese action game Malicious has been doing a fantastic job of staying under the mainstream gaming radar. It’s a shame too, because the game looks wonderfully unique and interesting. I haven’t heard anything about the game since it missed its February 8th release date, but today a post on the PlayStation blog has revealed the new launch date: July 24th. That’s less than two short weeks away.

The game will not feature a streamlined campaign and will allow players to complete any of the stages in any order before defeating the final boss who’s named (gasp) Malicious. Malicious will be available only on PSN for the low price of $10.
