Borderlands Free for PlayStation Plus Members from September

by on August 27, 2012 5:37 PM 4

If you still haven’t explored the wacky world of Pandora yet, Sony are giving all PlayStation Plus members the chance to play the original Borderlands from September 4th. This will give players a couple weeks to get acquainted with Pandora and its crazy inhabitants before the release of Borderlands 2, which will arrive on September 18th in the US and September 21st in the UK.

Borderlands, developed by Gearbox Software was originally released in the west in October 2009 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. It was later released in Japan in early 2010 and a Mac version was made available in late 2010.

PS+ is *so* worth the yearly subscription.
Is the Borderlands going to be the standard or the full GOTY/all DLC version?

It looks like it will just be the standard version. If you want all the DLC you’ll have to buy it.
