XSEED has announced it plans to bring over the sequel to Corpse Party, Corpse Party: Book of Shadows, over to North America this winter as a digital release.

The game is divided into eight chapters that fleshes out the characters of the original even further while providing alternate stories that allow other characters to survive. The best part is the final chapter that continues from where the original game had left off. The game plays as a first-person point and click adventure with an emphasis on telling the game’s story.

To celebrate this, the original Corpse Party will be available on the PlayStation Store for $9.99 starting tomorrow. Those with a PSP or PS Vita should check out this chilling horror adventure game at this great price.
