Family Guy Online opened its virtual doors as a Closed Beta about half a year ago: and now those doors are shutting, forever.
According to the Family Guy Online website, the young game–and world’s first so-called “MMLOL”–is shutting down access to the game by January 18th, 2013, but as to why, they’re not saying (could it be… quality?). Because of this, all real-world money purchases made between October 22, 2012 and December 21, 2012 will be refunded, and should make it back to players’ bank accounts in early January.
For more details on the closing, and specifics on the refund policy, check out the Family Guy Online website. For more news, stay tuned to DualShockers.com.
