The Limited Edition of SimCity will include the Heroes And Villains pack, that will bring forth the adventures of super hero Maxis Man and super villain Dr. Vu, but what does it really entail?

Today Electronic Arts released a new trailer showcasing just that, and letting us see how we’ll be able to place the headquarters of both characters in our cities, and see them battle for justice and wreak havoc on our innocent citizens.

While I’m not 100% sure what that entails in terms of gameplay (it seems that Dr. Vu’s lair will boost high tech development, but will also increase the crime rate considerably), it seems a fun little bonus. You can check it for yourself in the video below.
