Bioware has announced that it is working on two new downloadable content packs for Mass Effect 3 that are Mass Effect 3: Citadel and Mass Effect 3: Reckoning. Mass Effect 3: Reckoning is a multiplayer DLC that will be free to download and bring a variety of characters, weapons, and upgrades on February 26th. On March 5th, Mass Effect 3: Citadel will be released for $14.99 and is the final single player DLC for Commander Shepard and crew.
In Mass Effect 3: Citadel, players will be able to visit new locations on the station and spend some time with characters from the franchise. There will also be a sneak peak of Mass Effect 3: Reckoning DLC on Bioware’s twitch.tv channel on February 25th at 9:30AM PST.
As players work their way through the final stretch of content for the game, it is starting to become surreal that the war with the Reapers is finally coming to an end for all players. All the players that still have been playing the game and multiplayer will definitely want to pick up these packs as a final farewell to each of the many characters in the Mass Effect universe.
