Beyond: Two Souls just got some more star powering with the addition of Willem Dafoe that will star as Nathan Dawkins. Dawkins is a government scientist that works to analyse Jodie and there will be tons of interaction between the two with a bond being formed.

Beyond puts players in the role of Jodie who possesses a supernatural power to link with an invisible entity called Aiden. Players will be able to experience 15 years of Jodie’s life and create a link with her.

To spice up the good news of Green Goblin joining the cast, Quantic Dream has released a new trailer showing off gameplay from when Jodie and Nathan first meet. Even better news is that Beyond: Two Souls will be making its way to PlayStation 3′s on October 8th with those pre-ordering from GameStop getting access to an exclusive 30-minute playable scene.

Those that pre-order will also get a free upgrade to the Special Edition of Beyond that includes the following:
