From what we can see by the massive number of beta registrations Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn has generated quite some hype, but how is it actually selling? While no numbers have been released (and none will be for a while) at least the PS3 Collector’s Edition seems to be selling very well.
The rather hefty package is now sold out on most major retailers in the United states with almost two months to go before release. This includes GameStop, Amazon and Square Enix’s own online stores.
