New Forza Motorsport 5 Gameplay Video Shows a Rollover for the First Time, and it Rolls a Lot

Many gameplay videos of Forza Motorsport 5 surfaced (including a direct feed one released yesterday that had a crash, but the cars remained steadily horizontal), but there’s one element that we never really saw: rollovers.

Does that mean that sending your car spinning in the air is too difficult? That sure doesn’t seem the case looking at the off-screen gameplay video uploaded today by YouTube user AutoFanatique and recorded at EuroGamer Expo.

The video starts in a rather tame way, with some nice shots of the car/color selection screen that definitely qualify as motorsport porn, but as soon as the player hits the track, he steers violently and the poor car rolls over, and it does so quite a lot.

It looks definitely good, even if maybe the car feels just a tad on the light side during the rollover, but it’s hard to say from this kind of video. One thing is for sure: that is no way to drive a Ferrari.

Wow, a flat undercarriage, that is depressing for next gen…

Are you you just trolling?? If you have ANY clue about the Ferrari F12 you’d know it has a FLAT undercarriage in real life also! They’ve made it this way because of better aerodynamics!

Wow! Relax man, I get that, but I meant like 1d/flat not “aerodynamic” flat. as in this screenshot from the vid.

ever saw how a real surface looks like?? Forza’s looks same to these images and they are from real cars.
