Persona 4: Golden Surpasses 300,000 Shipments in Japan

by on October 10, 2013 9:33 AM 7

It’s no mystery that I loved Persona 4: Golden, and today Atlus announced that the game surpassed 300,000 shipments in Japan, including both the retail and download version.

To celebrate the achievement, the publisher is discounting the game by 1000 yen until November the 6th on the Japanese PSN, very conveniently right in time for the launch of the new PCH-2000 PlayStation Vita. Those that just jumped on the platform could find no better game to start their Vita adventure.

Unfortunately, for the moment the discount has been announced only for Japan, but we’ll keep you updated if anything is announced for the West.

    P5 PS3/4 & Vita multiplat! Do it Atlus! :D

    Seriously though, good for Atlus. If P3P hadn’t left such a bad taste in my mouth, I would picked up that Golden Edition. Now I wish I had one ;_;

    $19.99 isn’t good enough on the US PSN for you? Damn… and I preordered it for $40.
