Gravity Rush Creator: Preparation for Next Title is “Going Smoothly,” 2014 Dedicated to Production

by on December 29, 2013 6:57 PM 15

We already know that a new game from Team Gravity is coming. It was teased during Tokyo Game Show and SCE Worldwide Studios President Shuhei Yoshida even mentioned that it’ll be localized, but how is the project going? Gravity Rush‘s Creative Director Keiichiro Toyama answered that question in an interview on 4Gamer.

The team is preparing and the systems are being put in place for the next title, and things are going smoothly. 2014 seems to be a year that will be dedicated to production in earnest, but I’ll work hard to meet everyone’s expectations!

Personally, I always considered Gravity Rush one of the best titles on PS Vita, and I’m quite sure I’m not alone in that. I’m definitely eager to see what’s next for the franchise, even if, reading between the lines, we might have to wait until late in 2014 or even 2015 to play it.

        Next year it has 0

          Freedom Wars
          Soul Sacrifice Delta
Both of them are first party games if I’m not mistaken

none of them are first party

          • Anime10121

They are all first party I.P. They may not all be developed exclusively by Sony owned companies, but they are First Party titles owned by Sony Computer Entertainment.

I see we seem to have also forgotten all about Freedom Wars :(

There geniuses at work at Sony Japan:

    1 Fumito Ueda

    2 Keiichiro Toyama

    3 Gavin Moore

Can’t wait for the sequel to the master piece! I am sure it will work with Vita TV.

I’m still praying they make the first compatible :D

I just hope they improve with the problems we had with the first game. It was much too hard to master the controls for many of us.
