Star Citizen Gets Amazing New Renders and Art Showing the Vanduul Ships; $38.5 Million in Sight

Chris Roberts’ Star Citizen is pushing steadily towards 38.5 million dollars in crowd funding, currently sitting on $38,472,573, and Cloud Imperium Games released a new batch of beautiful artworks and renders.

The artwork and renders mainly focuses on the Vanduul fighter Scythe, and on the evolution of the model from the first unveiling to the newest renders. We also get a glimpse on a Vanduul harvester and a on a bomber.

Finally, we can also enjoy a piece of artwork featuring the urban landscape of planet Davien II, also known as Celestus.

    LOL. This game is the GTA of indie Kickstarters at this point. They’re edging closer and closer to $40 million. Hope PC gamers love it, though.

    Yeah its going to be legen… wait for it… dary! Most of those shots are from the Vanduul Scythe very rare space ship, to get one you need to capture it from the vanduul which wont be easy. Reminds me of the Dark Elves attack ships from Thor: Dark World
