PS4: “Series of Massive Significance” to Be Finally Confirmed Next Month for Sony’s New console

Looks like PS4 users are in for a treat next month, as the Official PlayStation Magazine UK teased something big coming on the magazine’s cover, and to be more precise a series of “massive significance,” to be confirmed on the Sony’s new console. You can see the tease in the image below, posted by user lstn on Reddit and reported by Khalifa Jayy on NeoGaf

OPM marks it as “one of the most exciting” covers in the history of the magazine, so we can definitely hope it’ll be something really relevant. We can only guess on the identity of this mysterious “series.” Considering previous signals and teases, I’m going to put my money on Crash Bandicoot. What about you?

    lol, Crash Bandicoot? I hope its not that the game was fun and all but a series of massive significance it is not. I’m hoping for something that would appeal to a broader audience rather than a nostalgic or younger audience.

    Well looking at 3rd party xbox exclusives Prey was on xbox not PS3 so could it be Prey 2? news on that went dark ages ago. Or for a Wildcard could 2K be bringing back AMPED but for PS4?

    If it was Crash Bandicoot they would save a bomb like that for E3. Therefore this has to be GTA V for PS4 as it was always rumored next gen and pc release around April.

    I’ve been dying for a Crash Bandicoot since PS2 days. Same as Star Wars Battlefront. Since we already know Battlefront is coming I hope it’s Crash Bandicoot.

    Series of massive significance. Finally confirmed for ps4. Please be crash bandicoot. He was very significant since he was like one of sonys freakin mascots. There were rumors of a new crash being made for ps4, but they werent really shut out. So that could be the “finally confirmed for ps4″ part. So maybe, but I cant really think of anything else

    it’ll be uncharted 4. i know they already put an uncharted trailer out, but they didn’t name the uncharted game or confirm the systems it would be out for. i know its not exciting as some of the other guesses, but i feel like they are just playing with words here. Either that or GoW…
