Yesterday Sony Computer Entertainment hit heavily with plenty game announcements at its pre-Tokyo Game Show PlayStation press conference, and many are wondering if there’s more to come.
According to industry insider Shinobi602 who has always been definitely reliable with what his sources tell him, there’s more to come at Tokyo Game Show proper for Sony’s consoles.
Shinobi mentioned that he’s receiving info about “a bit of both” between games that have already been announced and others that have yet to be announced, both from Japanese first and third party studios, and that more game announcements are coming at the show.
As usual, he also clarified that he’s hearing this from his sources. Unfortunately, when asked if one of those new announcements will be about The Last Guardian, the answer was predictably negative.
Of course, despite Shinobi’s usual reliability, you should treat this kind of rumors with a grain of salt, as they don’t equate to an official announcement from Sony. It’s also worth mentioning that Sony Computer Entertainment will kick off the show on the 17th with another conference dedicated to the Asian market.
This year I’ll be running around the show floor at the Makuhari Messe, so whatever is going to be announced or shown, you can count on reading all about it here on DualShockers.
