Today, new gameplay footage of Middle-earth: Shadow of War from publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and developer Monolith Productions has surfaced, courtesy of IGN.
The new footage talks about the game’s skill tree’s — which have been expanded upon from the first game Shadow of Mordor — and specifically dives into the Predator skill tree.
In Shadow of War purchasing a skill isn’t the end of customization: as you can now further modify each skill and unlock several upgrades for it. The video showcases this, by specifically showing off the Predator skill tree and its room for customization within.
Middle-earth: Shadow of War is set to launch for Xbox One, Project Scorpio, PC, PS4, and PS4 Pro, on August 22, 2017 in North America, and on August 25th in Europe (it’s unclear if it will launch for Project Scorpio on these dates, because Microsoft’s upcoming console still doesn’t have a release date).
