In a new announcement from Valve, beta testers for the Steam Machines (Valve’s upcoming Steam based PCs) will be receiving the first-person shooter Metro: Last Light for free. This comes after the announcement that the game will support both Steam Machine and the Steam controller.

Metro: Last Light will be shipped along with the prototype Steam Machine, completely free to the 300 recipients. Valve has also stated they will be announcing a few more games that will be part of the beta in the coming days. Final beta participants will be selected soon from the pool of eligible applicants.
