on November 7, 2013 1:30 PM

Ys: Memories of Celceta gets an amazing looking new trailer, which features the combat front and center. The game’s rating, as well as its launch date, has also been revealed.

The adventure trailer almost completely consists of frenetic combat mixed in with some excellent battle music and sprinkled with a dash of story to give the viewers a taste of the brand new plot created just for this re-imagining. We also find out, through the official Playstation Blog, that the release date will be on November 26th, the day after Thanksgiving.

Finally, Ys: Memories of Celceta will be getting a Teen rating when released for North America for the following reasons:

“Battles are accompanied by sword slashes, battle cries, and small blood-splatter effects. One sequence depicts a creature with small blood stains on a wound. Some female characters in the game wear revealing outfits that depict moderate amounts of cleavage; dialogue also references suggestive material (e.g., ‘He’s such a hopeless pervert’ and ‘Hey, looking for a good time? I’ll only cost you a thousand gold, and just for today.’). The word ‘a*s’ appears in the dialogue.”

The trailer has been posted below, so do check it out.
