Aaron Greenberg: Halo 5: Guardians “Is Being Made Exclusively for Xbox One”

on October 23, 2015 1:17 PM

Today Halo Franchise Director Fank O’Connor mentioned that there’s a possibility that Halo 5: Guardians could be ported to PC, and that caused the inevitable overreaction from some fans.

Marketing head Aaron Greenberg took to Twitter to reassure the fans that the game is being developed exclusively for Microsoft’s console.

To be fair, O’Connor’s statement was purely hypothetical, and as he said. The fact that it would be possible and probably rather easy to port the game to PC doesn’t mean that it’ll ever come.

We’ll have to wait and see, but for now if you want to play Halo 5: Guardians, you’ll need an Xbox One.
