Activision Chasing After Pirates

Ah pirates. It seems that you already have got copies of the game. The newest title in the Call of Duty franchise seems to be spreading illegally among pirates already.

A copy of the “Most anticipated game of 2011” seems to have been stolen from one of the shipping warehouses, where security is supposed to be so extreme nothing can come out of them.VentureBeat reports that disc 2 of a two disc set for the PC was taken.

Activision sent out investigators though, asking people to return the game or facing a pretty hefty fine. Pirates preferred to comply apparently, instead of shelling out $5,000 and being banned from online play.

You can’t hide guys, Activision will find you. Always.

Isshak started gaming with the NES, and has owned almost every console since then. He was born in Togo, grew up in Benin, studied in the US and now goes to college in France! You don't get more international than that, and his weird cultural background is reflected in his favorite games, which range from Final Fantasy to Bit Trip Runner to Dead Space to Deus Ex!
