During Activision Blizzard’s quarterly financial conference call, Activision Chief Executive Officer Eric Hirshberg commented on the ongoing partnership with Sony.

“Our Partnership with Sony is off to a great start on both Call of Duty and Destiny.”

Hirsberg also mentioned that Activision publishes four of the top ten titles on PS4 and Xbox One, including the top title, with Call of Duty: Black Ops III.

It’s quite intriguing to hear the mention of Call of Duty and Destiny as a “start,” possibly indicating that there will be more to come. It’ll be interesting to see if the partnership will extend to the upcoming Call of Duty title by Infinity Ward, scheduled for this holiday season.

Incidentally, further in the call,¬†Hirshberg also called Destiny‘s sequel Destiny 2. While this isn’t a full confirmation of the final title of the game, we could possibly consider it a hint.
