Agatsuma Entertainment Closes Due to Difficult Financial Situation

Tokyo-based publisher Agatsuma Entertainment announced today with a press release that during a board of directors meeting on November 30th the closure of the company has been decided due to a difficult financial situation determined by lack of profits, hindering the profitability and sustainable growth of the whole group.

Agatsuma is known for having published games like Code of Princess for 3DS and Sayonara UmiharaKawase for PS Vita, PC and 3DS.

The dissolution of the company is effective today, and liquidation is scheduled by March 31st.
