Looks like Dead or Alive 5 won’t be only about semi-dressed ladies, as a new and unexpected challenger has now entered the arena.

Sega ad Tecmo Koei announced today with a press release that Akira Yuki from the Virtua Fighter series will join the line-up of fighters that will appear in Dead or Alive 5. Color me surprised.

Akira will make use of his usual Bājíquán technique ad is described as having grown up and matured from his initial rash attitude. He’ll sure need to be level headed with all those ladies. You can see a trailer featuring him after the cut.
