During their panel at Anime Expo 2016, the good folks at Aksys Games made several announcements of new localizations for North America and ports, including the popular Tokyo Xanadu for PS Vita.

You can check out a recap of the panel and a few pictures below, courtesy of Twitter users Vaguely@AX and RPG Site.

  • Tokyo Xanadu will finally come to the west in the first half of 2017 for PS Vita and Steam. It will have both a physical and digital releases on PS Vita, while the PC release will be digital only. At the moment there are no plans on the PS4 port Tokyo Xanadu eX+, that will be released in Japan on September 8th. It's "wait and see" about it.
  • Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters: Daybreak Special Gigs World Tour will come to PS4, PS3 and PS Vita.
  • Xblaze Lost: Memories and Aegis of Earth will be released on Steam
  • Ninja Usagimaru will come to the Nintendo 3DS eShop this fall.
  • Chase Cold Case Investigations - Distant Memories (from the makers of Hotel Dusk) will come to the Nintendo 3DS eShop this fall.
  • Both Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward and Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors are being ported to yet unspecified new platforms.
  • New Otome games are coming: Code: Realize Future Blessings Fan Disk (PS Vita), Bad Apple Wars (PS Vita, 2017),  Period Cube (PS Vita, 2017), Collar X Malice (2017). They're also trying to localize Hakuouki: Sweet School Life.

There is certainly a lot to look forward to in the list, especially for PS Vita users. Bless you, Aksys Games.
