Aksys Reveals the BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend Limited Edition, Spills More BlazBlue Revolution Details

Anticipating fans can finally stop holding their collective breathe because Aksys has finally confirmed and detailed the limited edition version of the newest title in the acclaimed BlazBlue series. The limited edition of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend will come neatly packaged with a 40-page art book, a 17 song soundtrack and a calendar.

Sure the set seems extremely typical for this type of title, but you can make a fairly safe bet that you’ll enjoy the soundtrack. The BlazBlue soundtracks are always a treat. There will not be a limited edition of the PS Vita version of the game.

Also, the official website for the BlazBlue Revolution tournament launched last month.¬†Only one North American team will be able to compete at BlueRevo (I know, that bites) and this team will be determined at the BlazBlue Revolution US Finals on February 25th in LA. I don’t think the American team will win (what with the slew of factors in Japan’s favor) but I wish the team the best of luck.¬†BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend will be available for PS3, Xbox 360 and PS Vita on February 14th and is available for pre-order now at Amazon and Gamestop.
