Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms is a new action role-playing game in development by Gamera Interactive.

The game is inspired by pen and paper role-playing games like Ultima and Baldur’s Gate and features an isometric combat system with Souls elements.

Players will have four playable races to choose from (Humans, Elves, Dwarves, and Orcs), twelve companions each with their own backstories, and more than 40 houses/clans to fight for. The game also has local multiplayer for up to four players to either play cooperatively or competitively.

According to the developer, here's what you can expect from the game’s setting.

“Set in a vibrant world corrupted by darkness and full of lethal dangers, the game brings players to face an ancient evil, in an epic journey through devastated lands, plagued by conflicts with noble families and clans fighting each other.”

Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms will be releasing in 2018 for PC and consoles. For more information, be sure to check out the game’s website.
