on June 5, 2016 12:58 PM

The official Twitter account for Allison Road (@AllisonRoad_HQ) has announced that Allison Road has been canceled. No reason was given but the tweet also mentioned a statement would be coming in the next few days.

The Twitter account has been silent since February 29 when it was asking for a character artist to join the team. The developer, Lilith Ltd has not yet updated the site, and their own Twitter account has been silent since August 2015.

On the Allison Road site their social media links point to founder Chris Kesler (@Chris_HSbF6) whose bio states, “Once creator of Allison Road.” The other social media link on Allison Road‘s site is to the Facebook page with the latest post wishing everyone a happy new year.

Allison Road was being developed as a spiritual successor to the horror game P.T. and ran a Kickstarter campaign before entering a partnership with Team 17.
