Amazing Star Citizen Video Shows the Vanduul Scythe and the Beauty of Physically Based Rendering

Cloud Imperium Games is working hard in updating the engine of the game and the earlier models shown more than a year ago, and one of those is the Vanduul Scythe.

The game is also getting support for Physically Based Rendering (or PBR), which is the accurate physical simulation of light and shadow aimed to both streamline production and make materials  and surfaces look a lot more natural and realistic.

In order to demonstrate both the beauty of the new rendering technique and the incredible level of detail of the Scythe, the developer released a new video that you can see below.
