Anarchy Reigns Demo and Japanese Pre-order Bonus Detailed, Japanese Launch Trailer Released

Those craving some of the colorful, lively action seen in the Anarchy Reigns trailers might not have to wait until July to get in on some. Famitsu has reported that Sega will be releasing a playable demo of the game next week, on May 31st. This demo will include a short segment of the story mode, as well as two online modes for players to check out. No word yet on whether or not this demo will be released stateside.

We already knew that iconic hair witch Bayonetta would be a playable character, but we didn’t know how she’d be distributed. In Japan, she’ll be offered as a pre-order bonus. It’s highly likely that she’ll be handled the same way for the North American release of the game. It has also been said that Bayonetta will come equipped with attacks that didn’t even make it into her game. You can’t help wondering exactly what kind of attacks these are, can you?

Lastly, a glorious Japanese launch trailer has also been released for the game. It shows tons of characters and game modes, as well as plenty of combat and some story stuff. So yeah, it’s a pretty cool trailer.  Anarchy Reigns will be available on July 3rd.
