Another Batch of Kindgom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance Screenshots

This time around we get a look at some of KH:DDD’s minigames, along with a few pieces of rendered character art for King Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. The minigames look alright, as far as we can tell — there seems to be some kind of soccer-esque event going on between a snail and an elephant (which I would personally pay money to see), and some slot machine style games, which have had a strong presence in Squaresoft games since Setzer’s special attack in FFVI.

We also get a look at Donald and Goofy in their courtly raiments, with Donald as a wizard and Goofy donning some armor that protects zero percent of his vital organs. Mickey’s overly zippered Matrix inspired coat from KH2 is nowhere to be seen, which is a blessing. Check out the gallery after the break.

Sto Austin is the man. Period. When not saving the world from the next generation of Metal Gears or throwing hadoukens at his detractors, chances are he's writing about someone else doing something similarly epic, possibly whilst smoking a cigar. He enjoys games with a strong emphasis on story, which typically fall into the RPG, Action/Adventure, or Horror genres, though he also has a soft spot for fighting games and has been known, when feeling saucy, to shred on some Guitar Hero or Rock Band. He currently divides his time between Florida and Maine, tromping up and down the East coast according to the whims of fate and fortune.
