A while back it was revealed that a new Pokémon Center would be opening up in March of this year, aptly dubbed Pokémon Center Kyoto. Along with this opening is a new product that’s meant to blend traditional Japan with modern trends.

Apprentice Geisha Pikachu pictured above (called Maiko Han Pikachu in Japanese) will be one of the shining pieces of merchandise sold in the new shop. The female Pikachu is dressed in the traditional garb and makeup of an apprentice geisha and will be aimed at tourists visiting Kyoto.
