Arc System Works just sent in a press release introducing its new 3DS exclusive JRPG titled Seisou no Amazones.

The game is defined a “Pretty x Prisoner x Escape = !?” old school dungeon RPG with unique concepts, and the character design is handled by illustrators¬†Miyama-Zero¬†and Shigetaka Kimura.

The story is fairly interesting: in a world where men have disappeared and their very existence has become a legend, a group of ladies is held captive on a prison planed named Uruka, placed at the edge of the galaxy. They say that being sent to Uruka is an one-way trip and returning is impossible.

The protagonists decide to attempt an escape and in the meanwhile they’re tasked with unraveling the mystery hidden under the surface, a spaceship left by an ancient civilization that could facilitate their jailbreak.

The developer also opened the official website of the game, and announced that the game will be released in Japan on November the 14th for 6,090 yen at retail and 5,800 yen on the Nintendo e-shop.

Below you can see a gallery with a large serving of screenshots and artwork showcasing the main heroines of Seisou no Amazones.
