Today, during Xbox’s pre-Gamescom live show from Cologne, Germany,  Microsoft and Ubisoft showcased a brand new cinematic trailer of Assassin’s Creed Origins.

The trailer is made with CGI, and it looks absolutely fantastic. Of course the gameplay isn’t going to look this good, but we already saw that it looks really good.

We also see plenty of historical figures, that apparently will make an appearance in the game.

If you want to see more about Assassin’s Creed Origins, you can check out a video on combat, some gameplay and a trailer from Microsoft’s press conference at E3, another trailer from Ubisoft’s own briefinga large batch of screenshots, and more gameplay on Xbox One X. Recently, Ubisoft mentioned that it expects the game to sell better than Syndicate, but a bit worse than Unity and Black Flag.

Assassin’s Creed Origins will launch for PS4, Xbox One and PC on October 27th.

In case you missed it, you can check out the full recording of Xbox’s pre-Gamescom livestream, and see the whole presentation.
