Atelier Meruru Busts Out With a Real Trailer

on May 31, 2011 10:00 AM

Atelier Meruru is only a few weeks away from release in Japan, and Gust is going all out. Recently they dropped a couple smaller teasers that featured gameplay and introduced some characters, but this one is a real, full-length trailer that does both those things and more. The first part of the trailer does spend some time bringing us up to speed with new and old characters alike. It introduces us first to Meruru, then to Totori and kiddy Rorona (from the previous two games). After that it buzzes through many of the game’s other principle characters.

The back half of the trailer is focused on showing some gameplay, which is always welcome, right? Hit the break to check things out. Atelier Meruru: Alchemist of Arland 3 hits store shelves in Japan on June 23, 2011, and will come in both standard and collector’s edition varieties – both importable, of course.
