BAFTA Game Awards 2016 Nominations Revealed; Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture Leads with 10 Nods

Honoring the best in the arts movies, TV, and more each year, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts’ yearly awards also take the time to honor the biggest achievements in video games for the year, with this year’s nominees for the BAFTA Game Awards 2016 having been revealed.

BAFTA has revealed the full list of nominees for its Game Awards for this year, with The Chinese Room’s Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture taking the lead at 10 nominations across the whole ceremony.

Aside from Rapture‘s 10 nominations, several of 2015’s biggest titles are also not too far behind it in terms of nomination tallies, as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Her Story are behind it with seven nominations each, followed by five nominations for Batman: Arkham KnightRocket League, and Life is Strange.

The BAFTA Game Awards 2016 will be presented on April 7th, 2016 in London and hosted by Dara O’Briain – the full list of nominees for the awards can be viewed below:
